"Fantastic! Subscribing to DesignWrap has saved us a considerable amount of money. They delivered our landing pages in less than 1 week. Rachel's design skills and patience with revisions made the process much smoother than working with freelancers found from Upwork. We're extremely pleased with the quality of her work and highly recommend it!"

Don't see a plan that fits your business needs? Let me know your design needs, and I'll customise a flexible plan just for you.
If you are unsure, do not worry - we are here to explain everything you might want to know
This is not a designer talent marketplace. DesignWrap is a flat-rate design subscription product offering in-house like boutique design services from the founder, a Melbourne-based UI/UX product designer. In order to ensure the design quality and consistency, there are no subcontractors involved.
The annual cost of a senior designer can be over $100,000, plus other benefits. During slower periods, you might pay for unneeded labor, leading to wasted expenses. Hiring a designer from platforms like Upwork also has downsides like inconsistent quality, communication issues, lack of long-term commitment, hidden costs, and more.
I use a time tracking app to record all work hours and provide detailed time tracking reports upon request, so you know exactly how your hours are being used.
Additional hours can be purchased at the standard rate of $65 AUD/hour. Since unused hours can be rolled over to the next renewal month, the more hours you subscribe to, the cheaper the hourly rate.
With DesignWrap, you have the freedom to make unlimited requests. However, each request is handled sequentially, ensuring focused attention. My typical turnaround time for requests is 3 working days. For complex tasks, I transparently break them down into manageable 3-day sprints when necessary.
Expect most projects to be completed within 2-3 working days if no back-and-forth design revisions are required. For small requests, such as social media post graphics, the delivery time could be within half-1 business day. For larger projects like full website design, I break them down into smaller, manageable chunks deliverable within 3-day sprints.
Upon subscribing to a plan, you'll be asked to create an account to access the client portal. From there, you can submit design requests with detailed briefs on the project task board. Additionally, our portal offers a live message chat for easy communication with the designer. Integrating the designer into your workflow is also an option. Just add hello@designwrap.co to your preferred collaboration tools like Slack, Linear, Trello, and Jira for daily updates on your requests.
Money is important, but it's not everything. As a solo designer-run business, I dedicate my time and skills to a limited number of clients within my availability. This way, I can guarantee top-notch design quality for each and every project. Don't worry, I'm pretty savvy with resources - I flexibly use both paid and open-source design templates, design libraries, and even AI technology as assistance.
The answer is both yes and no. I sometimes do adopt existing libraries/assets to avoid reinventing the wheel. However, I exclusively utilize carefully chosen open-source or paid assets, and the paid design resources are also provided to you free of charge. Rest assured, the work I design for you won't look cheap, flashy, or template-based.
As a business located in Melbourne, you can catch me on a typical workday, starting from 11am-7pm, Monday through Friday. Just like you, I love to take a break on public holidays.
If I'm unavailable due to illness, I'll offer additional free work hours as compensation. For planned time off, I'll notify you a month in advance, allowing you to pause your subscription if needed.
Making sure you're happy with my work is very important to me. I'm happy to tweak the design until it's just right for you. However, I might also share my expertise to avoid unnecessary back-and-forth changes and save you time.
My primary focus is on digital design, which means the deliverables and source files are predominantly in Figma, Canva, Webflow, and Adobe formats. For any other file formats needed, we'll discuss and accommodate accordingly.
My services do not include the following: 3D modeling, complicated animated graphics, document design (e.g., medical forms), complex packaging, and extensive print design (e.g., magazines, books).
I understand that every penny you spend is important for your startup business. Feel free to submit any questions to us if you still have concerns.
